investUP, the crowdfunding supermarket, has appointed Cognito to launch its platform into the fintech landscape and build its media profile in the UK. investUP marks the continued expansion of Cognito partnerships with up and coming fintech startups.
Headquartered in London, investUP brings the lending crowdfunding market together in one place, enabling users to invest via one centralised portfolio. It enables investors to search for deals from their favourite crowdfunding sites, uniquely invest in these without leaving the site and then keep track of their investments. It revolutionises the crowdfunding market by bringing simplicity and increasing choice for users, in a simple, elegant and straightforward way.
James Tuckett, Managing Director for investUP, commented: “When we were looking for a communications partner, we wanted a team that not only had key media relationships and understood the fintech landscape, but one that had passion and grasped the uniqueness of investUP in order to drive brand awareness. Cognito clearly demonstrated the hunger and enthusiasm we were looking for in an agency partner, as well as the knowledge and skills required to launch investUP firstly in the UK, before we conquer the world. It’s an incredibly exciting time for us as we work to take investUP to the next level, and we’re thrilled that Cognito is part of the team that will help get us there.”
“There are more fintech startups in the UK than ever before and they’re all vying for attention in the crowded media landscape. We’re thrilled to be partnering with another great startup, developing our portfolio of entrepreneurs that are making waves in the finance industry, with investUP. Crowdfunding is a highly topical subject at the moment, and investUP is leading the way in changing how the crowdfunding industry operates with its supermarket-style platform,” said Paul Bowhay, Associate Director, Cognito EMEA.
Cognito started working with investUP following its graduation from the Startupbootcamp FinTech accelerator programme.comments powered by Disqus
