Following a career in advertising, Jan Jaap became a financial and tech writer/communications adviser in the nineties. He has over 20 years experience in producing financial content, ranging from writing annual reports to tender writing, conducting boardroom interviews and drafting web copy since 1997 and social media content. He has been working for banks, insurance firms, pension funds, asset managers, private banks, PE, VC and FinTechs in the Netherlands and abroad. His expertise covers a variety of areas including asset management, sustainability investing, financial regulatory, GRC, FinTech, and cloud technology.
Jan Jaap is a contributing writer/editorial board member for Financial Investigator Magazine and has been involved in the Dutch FinTech community for many years.
