With account management experience spanning B2C and B2B, and across social media, digital, WOM and advertising, Katie brings a diversity of communications knowledge to Cognito. Katie specialises in social media strategic planning and oversees Cognito's social media consultancy, which includes content development, channel strategy, community management, training, reporting, analytics and security.
Prior to Cognito, and after graduating from Princeton and the Courtauld Institute, Katie started her career at Clareville Communications before moving to The Social Partners (WPP) to work as a strategy and insight executive.
Research remains a geeky passion which Katie has enjoyed developing through Cognito Insights. At work, Katie gets her “FinTech fix” from client research, events and social media monitoring.
Out of the office, she is a big fan of printmaking, hiking and traveling.
