EuroFinance event

The Solution

Cognito distributed EuroFinance’s Quarterly Business Confidence Survey results to the media, securing exclusive broadcast opportunities on CNBC. A broad spectrum of European media outlets (trade, national and broadcast) were invited to attend the event. Sponsor exhibitors were then sent regular press attendance updates, allowing them to set-up onsite interviews with the media in advance. Throughout the campaign the attending press were contacted to ensure EuroFinance was mentioned in all resulting coverage.

The Result

Before the event four press releases were drafted and distributed. The event was attended by 28 journalist including 12 non-media partners and one industry analyst. 17 clippings were generated with publications including CNBC, Financial-i, International Treasurer and gtnews. Cognito filmed highlights of the event to promote EuroFinance's Rome 2011 conference.
