Cherish Anison has been appointed in the newly created role of Global Head of People and Talent. Anison joins from GWI, a consumer insights agency, where she spent nearly three years, her most recent position being People Lead for Europe. Prior to that, she worked as a HR Business Partner for GSMA.
Anison will lead and shape the people function at Cognito, working closely with Cognito’s global leadership team across its seven offices to ensure the people function is aligned with the company’s objectives, values and culture, as it pursues its ambitious growth plans. This will include, but isn’t limited to refreshing aspects of the employee life cycle to ensure all employees feel empowered to achieve their short and long-term career aspirations, building on an already diverse and inclusive culture, reflective of clients, and championing people initiatives fit for now and the future.
Cognito launched a new brand identity towards the end of last year with the new look and positioning reflecting the agency’s growth and expansion across service lines, sectors and geographies to meet the needs of its global client roster. The agency’s client base comprises over 100 firms in finance, technology and professional services from the largest and best-known brands in the industry to dynamic start and scale-ups.
