Worldwide Business Research Extends Partnership With Cognito

LONDON, 16th April 2013 - WBR, the World's biggest large-scale conference company and owner of the TradeTech portfolio, has again selected Cognito to promote its flagship European event, marking the fifth consistent year of this partnership. Cognito has been engaged over the past twelve weeks to leverage TradeTech branded content on social media channels, as well as raising awareness of the event to the media.

Combining traditional media relations and social media expertise, Cognito will build a substantial profile around the event and give TradeTech a greater share of voice and social media impact inside and outside its traditional network. This includes selecting key LinkedIn groups to target, and driving content promotion on Twitter.

TradeTech Europe, the leading industry forum for the electronic trading market, starts today with a high frequency trading focus day at London’s Canary Wharf, with the main event running on 17th and 18th April at the ExCeL Centre in London’s Docklands. At the event, over 1500 buy and sell-side trading professionals will listen to over 140 speakers and meet with over 80 exhibitors.
