Darrell Wright, our Asia-Pacific managing director, was quoted in at Ignites article this week on avoiding common pitfalls in job interviews. 

Darrell tells the story of a recent university graduate who came in for an interview to Cognito’s Singapore office. Darrell talks about how even though the candidate did not have much experience, he researched Cognito and Darrell and was able to have an interesting conversation. 

“Notwithstanding that he didn’t have direct experience. I knew from his attitude that he would be a good hire so I hired him,” Darrell said.
