Felice Tobin

As Managing Director of Cognito’s U.S. operations, Felice excels in media strategy, C-suite advisory, multi-market reputation management and thought leadership positioning. Her work has also covered government affairs and advising on crisis/ issues and matters where reputation and stakeholder confidence are paramount.

Her client experience spans across APAC, the UK and now the US, working with market-leading organizations in financial and professional services, technology and related sectors.

Felice was shortlisted for Young PR Professional of the Year at the PR Awards Asia and graduated from The Women’s Foundation’s prestigious mentorship program in Hong Kong. She holds a Bachelor of Arts from McGill University and an Advanced Certificate in Public Relations from the CIPR.
