Cognito, the global integrated communications consulting firm, has today announced that they will be supporting TradeTech, the leading financial trading technology conference, run by WBR, the World's biggest large-scale conference company, with a pan-European media strategy. WBR has chosen to continue its relationship with Cognito for a seventh year. Utilizing its strong pan-European media relationships, social media expertise and event support experience, Cognito will promote the TradeTech event to the media, and support WBR’s social media campaign to ensure optimum media coverage.

TradeTech Europe, will take place on 14th and 15th of April, 2015 at CNIT La Defense, Paris. Attendees will hear from over 60 market experts and the event will be attended by over 2000 top level electronic trading professionals, regulators and over 50 exhibitors.

Topics at the event will focus on dark pool activity, the search for liquidity, the trading desk of the future and the impact of MiFID II on the global equities market. This year’s notable speakers on these topics, and others, include: Christophe Roupie, Global Head, Trading and Securities Financing, AXA Investment Managers; Melissa Tuttle, Global Head, Equity Trading, PIMCO; Mike Bellaro, Global Head, Equity Trading, Deutsche Bank AM and Sir Jonathan Evans, ex- Director-General, MI5.
