Karen brings more than eight years cross-sector experience in journalism, research and PR to her day-to-day client counsel in Hong Kong. At Cognito, she advises international and regionally-based law firms, management consultancies, traditional financial services firms and fintech clients – and FinTech Association of Hong Kong; she acts as an extension of their teams and a strategic partner to help them achieve their business and corporate profile goals.
Karen started her career at Bloomberg TV as a segment producer, where she conducted pre-interviews with guests before they went on the air, including running Binance CEO Changpeng Zhao’s first exclusive TV interview in 2017. Over the years, she has applied this experience to enhance Cognito’s media training and media relations, leveraging her knowledge of what journalists expect from their sources to strategically position client spokespeople as industry thought leaders. She has organized and facilitated hundreds of interviews, with expertise in Tier 1 publications and broadcast, ensuring every client’s messaging is optimized for strategic media exposure.

Karen 的职业生涯始于彭博电视台 (Bloomberg TV)。担任节目策划期间，她曾主导策划并安排包括币安创始人赵长鹏在内的重量级嘉宾访谈。凭借深厚的媒体背景，她为 Cognito 的媒体培训及传播策略注入独到视角，有效协助客户发言人塑造行业影响力。
她深谙头部媒体运作，已成功策划并落地数百场媒体专访，覆盖数字媒体、纸媒与电视平台，始终确保客户在每一次关键曝光中传递清晰有力的核心信息。
